How I did it: I've lost 212 pounds, and I feel amazing! Went from a 48 waist (men's; I refused to wear women's because I was so fat I didn't like the clothing they made for larger women) to a size 8 in women's.From 350 lbs (which I'm sure was more, but that's the number I saw the day I started losing) to 138 lbs! How I did it: Went cold turkey. (Didn't get the jitters like some people I've known do. Was easy for me to set down the bottle / can, and walk away.
