Ever since I saw the movie Under the Tuscan Sun, I loved the idea of owning a villa. It’s not that I am trying to live my life like a movie, but I realized from watching it that a person can grow so much even when you think that there’s no more growing left to be done. I think that living in a country other than the one you were born and raised in, you expand horizons and realize how much there is out there. It seems like a very rewarding experience.

I went to London for New Year’s and marched in their huge New Year’s Day Parade. My advice: Go for the sights. Do not worry so much about the people you are going with. In all honesty, how many times does one get to go overseas? Also, make sure that if you do wind up going with other people that the group is not too big and that you actually enjoy the company.
See Hampton Court if you go. Absolutely amazing place.
