I just can’t seem to get past 225. I get weaker on bench faster when I lay off than squat. I think I need to work my external rotators… when I did that a number of years ago I skyrocketed on bench press.

I forget the date but I hit 360 at some point. I need to look it up. I’m too lazy right now to create a 405 goal. :)
