For me this is an eventual goal. I save for retirement through work, but want to start saving for more immediate needs and wants once I get my credit card debt under control.

Seafood is the only meaty food that I still consume. After allowing myself to realize how bad many of the practices associated with bringing seafood to market are for the environment combined with concern over heavy metals found in some fish, I’ve decided that it’s time to go full veg and give up seafood.
...then at lunch I ordered a california roll… and didn’t think of the crab in it until after I had finished eating. Oops.
My rudimentary understanding of statistics needs a major refreshing. I found a free online course through Johns Hopkins SPH, and just need to get my hands on the book now. The course is taught using R, which is good because it will teach me a new statistical program, but I think I would rather expand my knowledge of SAS or SPSS, since not many people in my field tend to use R.
