This may or may not be a help to anyone, but I used to get over-worked about practically EVERYTHING that went on in my life the first year of High School – I had the need to control my life, in addition to those of my friends. Needless to say, the controlling friends part didn’t quite work out (I’m very opinionated). But, over the summer after a argument with a friend, I looked back at frosh year and realized all the negative things that had happened, especially the ones that I had personally created. Reflecting on what – and how – makes you angry and trying to avoid it really helps towards lessening your anger problems.

if that doesn’t work, a nice bar of chocolate should be a little help even for a moment :)
