stop biting my nails (read all 2 entries…)
prettier and healthier too.

Not only are my hands not ugly anymore (and I was very self-conscious about it because I am a teacher and use my hands all the time), but I have not had a cold since I stopped biting my nails. As a first yr teacher and a kindergarten teacher too, I had a cold almost all of oct and nov, on and off. Since Ive stopped putting my fingers in my mouth I havent gotten sick once!

i definitely need to drink more water than I do. If I’m not really trying, I’ll barely get 2 glasses a day. and even on days I do try, it’s not enough! Going to go wash my 28oz water bottle and try to drink it full 2-3 times a day

I went years without drinking soda, in my late teens/early twenties. and I never ever would drink diet. Now I only drink diet because I’m very calorieconscious, and I need to just stop altogether and up my water intake.
