I have started to read the Bible, and I am pleased that it seems easier to understand and follow than it did the last time I tried to read it. I did read the Bible when I was a teenager but, I took little away from it. I think I just wanted to read it to say “I read the Bible”, I did not stop and make sure I understood and took it all in.
I have found out that the only way to “learn to meditate” is from doing it every day. I have to confess, I have not been meditating every day, but I am going to make a conscious effort to do so. Every time I do, it seems a little more natural, and not so forced.
Yay! I did this today!! Although I still need to mow it but atleast it is all cleaned up, maybe my husband will volunteer to mow!!
