I never thought I was under-wiehgt or that I was maybe too thin-
but during a health and fitness check they saw that my weight,height,waist ratio needs me to put on more tissue around the waist and to also put on weight. My lean body tissue is also just a little bit too little – with out saying more I must include more protein in my diet and put on some lean body tissue

When I was studying and before I started working – I used to swim a lot and as a result I had strong and vissible muscel around the upper arm and the chest. I was able to wake up early to a sunny morning with not being tired and procastinating. I also had energy that kept me on my feet the whole day.
I haven’t jumped into a pool in five years and i am now a different person
