Ok, I lost 33 pounds in the last 5 months, which is great, but not exactly as much as I wanted to lose. I sort of hit that wonderful plateau that people talk about, in addition to kinda not following my meal plan 100% as I should. So, I took my vacation last week as my last hoorah, and will once again start this Monday by working out my 6-7 days a week and sticking to making wise food choices. I have 3 months to lose 30 pounds, I am pretty confident that I can do it. Wish me luck, and good luck to all who are trying this!!!

How I did it: well, i was pretty strict, but i allowed myself to have cheat days, and did not punish myself if i had a cookie one day. I worked out pretty much 5 days a week, and just kept a really positive attitude. I lost it way before Christmas, so I need to set another goal, but I am so glad I did it! hope y'all were successful! How I did it: the last time i did my hair was in May, and it was looking horrible and I was feeling bad about it, because she cut it way too short. I was avoiding going back, and even getting it colored, which is what it desperately needed. So after 5 months, I decided that I needed to go back to my dark color, and just get it over with, I want to grow it out, but just making myself go and get it done, made me feel better about myself! It always helps … Read how I did it…
well, when i stepped on that little thing that so many of us fear, I had lost a few more. I am down about 13 in total! yay. I still have a month to go, but this weekend showed me that I must stick to my original plan. I could see myself going to my old eating habits! stay away, chili’s buffalo chicken salad! after I ate it, i felt so sick, like the food was not being digested properly. eww. So I went to work out, and I felt better after, so that was good. Good luck ladies and gents. This Thursday will be a temptress for all of us.
