I was really lonely one night and typed something like “how can I make a friend” and somehow wound up here! I like all the people here it’s a good place to get hope and encouragement and to give to others.

1. Grateful that my boyfriend called to console me on this horrible day I’m having.
2. Grateful that Mooniebutt send me a nice email hoping I feel better soon.

4. Grateful that I DID NOT try to order prescription drugs online last night without having a prescription! Horrible way to become lan addict.
5. Grateful that I caught myself in time.
1. My neighbor has a tumor that could be cancer; once again, I’m grateful for my good health.
2. Bought more apples and reduced fat cheese and celery today to prepare for snacks – good for me! Did NOT buy Cheezits to which I had become addicted – good for me!
3. Scrubbed the tub/sink and cleaned some of the inside kitchen cabinets, got things done!
4. Got some VA forms that my mom needs printed out for her, grateful to have such a good mom.
5. Tanned for which I’m grateful and not since it’s one of my goals of things to NOT keep doing; however, it boosts my self esteem so that’s a good thing. . .
