Got the knotty boy kit… have the time away from work to let them start to muture…. just need someone to help me :( doesn’t help that I’ve had to temp move to another city where I don’t know anyone. This would be alot easier in Fairbanks.

pay off my debt

Slowly but Surely 2 years ago

Paid off another credit card.
Leaves me with two credit cards, my car loan, and student loans.
Student loans I’m avoiding as long as possible but I’m plotting for the credit and car.
I applied for a 0 APR for 12 month on balance transpher credit card which I don’t really think I’ll get but what I may do is borrowing just enough to pay off my car. Then applying for a personal loan to pay of my credit cards out from the same bank. Not sure why they wouldn’t give it to me considering I would of just paid off a loan and never made a late payment with them. Then pay off the one loan with them (and will have a MUCH lower interest rate)
Also then I can change my car insurance to liability only which will save me about 50 – 70 bucks a month… which can go straight to paying off my credit.

We’ll see if my plan pans out.

Become a Doula

On my way 2 years ago

Well I decided to go thry the reading list without joing DONA so I didn’t feel pressured… I know you have 2 years to complete the program once you join but sometimes life happens…

Anyway. I’m almost done with the reading list. 3 books (which I just bought) and I’m all done with that part of the program. I feel like I should be reading them but I also Bought Ina Mays Spiritual Midwifery and have been distraced reading that instead.
Should be able to finish up the doula books by summer though and then I’ll officaly join DONA and try finish up the other requirments…
