and i have decided that its time for a change. until i am 20 years old i am going ot try my hardest to drop processed food from my diet. for breakfast – egg whites, hummus, and whole wheat organic bread is better than anything else. lunch – veggies and beans, dinner can be soup or something homemade…......
not sure, but i’m going to completely drop these from my diet:
-HFCS (sugar)
-all cereal
-sodas/sugar drinks
-white flour & fried food
-dried fruit (raisins/dates/prunes etc)
focus on
-beans (raw)
-veggies (raw)
-fruits (raw)

Right now I am learning the “food” section of the book. Here are a few phrases I have grasped and memorized:
-Tengo hambre/sed (im hungry/thirsty)
-a que hora almorzamos/cena/desayauno (when is lunch)
-intentalo (try it)
-ay que rico (How delicious)
-podras darme un bocado (will you give me a bite?)
-Puedo tener mas zanahoras (may i have some carrots)
-la cena esta lista. Sientate (dinner is ready. sit down)
-Comamos! (let’s eat)
-que quieres comer? (what do you want to eat)
-el postre es dulce (the desert is sweet)
-te gusta el queso (do you like cheese)
-te gustaria un sorbito de te (would you like a sip of tea?)
-come un poco solamente. por que tienes que comer tanto?tienes comida en toda la cara! comiste todo lo que estaba en el plato!!!
eat just a little. why must you eat so much? you have food on your face! you have finished everything on your plate!!! -hahah.

My Regime: Just diminished HFCS (candy) & fried food. I’m not much of a heavy carb person so I tried eating whole wheat if I was ever in the mood. My only downfall is diet sodas but I don’t drink much of that to begin with – I’m a big tea and water kinda girl. I eat a plethora assortment of meat (tofu/beans if I feel like going vegetarian), fruit, veggies, and water. That’s all you need to survive. I feel like the quintessential health freak, but it really feels amazing! Oh, and exercise about everyday cardio, weights lifting, and yoga. All set =)
