Down to 83 and fairly fit. Should put an actual figure on this.
Fit for me = Under 80, < 18% body fat, 7 minute mile, able to run 10k’s without stopping.
Have decided on a 07 Lotus Elise as a 30th birthday present to myself, will have it in just over a month.
