It’s way harder than I thought it would be to change my style. I had the same one for so long. Luckly, I can incorporate item from my old style to rockabilly. Overall, it’s been going well, and I have quite a few outfits that fit my goal. I’m only a few shopping trips away from achieving my goal : )

Alright. I’ve been a super fast speaker for, well, basically forever. And in the past couple of years I’ve begun to realize that my intelligence is overridden by my fast speech patterns and that people don’t take me as seriously as they should. This is a goal I’ve been working on almost subconsiously for the past couple of months, but I really want to focus my attention on it now. If anyone has tips on how to remember to just slow down, I’d be glad to hear them!
It’s going well. In fact, I think I can say that I’ve got restrain almost down. Of course, it’s something that I hope to practice for my entire life. But I’ve got the basis, and can now step back from situations and see if they will be beneficial in the long run, and if I really want what I think I want. It’s been a great thing to do!
