How I did it: lack of money and transport and a boyfriend who was the most awesome walker. also now i have my own dog and i enjoy my walk just as much as he does! i did it by not having the money to use transport uselessly, i realized that a 40 minute walk to college wasn't something i had to march through i found walking at my own pace was sometimes quicker than stressing myself out about how i was going to get somewhere quickly. i realized that it's … Read how I did it…
I’ve been organic for the last two months now. I’m so incredibly happy I’ve made the change. it’s strange, but I just cannot for the life of me, bring myself to eat food which I know is crammed full of aditives, preservatives. try reading ecologist, it’s a magazine that usually exposes not only the junk in our food, drinks, etc, but the junk in everyday products such as soap, shampoo, tanning lotion, etc.
going organic is the best thing I have ever done. I feel healthier. more active. I don’t crave any food, ever. I feel generally that my moods are stable. I enjoy eating food now. and the taste is fantastic. I agree, shopping in organic markets is a pleasant experience as opposed to artifical supermarket enviroments. I fully reccommend this. look out for hidden preservatives in drinks. Aspartame is a major player that contributes to the rising obsesity rates in both the U.K. and the U.S.A. educating yourself and the people around you is the greatest thing you can do. learn about the food you eat. how it affects your body, as the saying goes “a great chef is half a physician.”
Oh gosh.. I’ve started this goal because not long ago I found myself taking out four books from the library and buying a further six from a charity shop on the same day.
although I’m very interested in the all the subjects the books cover, I’ve found myself already starting and putting down the books.
I just seem to never finish books.
I have around thirty books that I’ve never finished sitting in my bookcase.
This is beginning to get worrying, as you can guess.
I’m now determined to finish the books I’ve borrowed/bought recently. And maybe try to finish all the ones I’ve already started.
Good luck everyone!
