Hi,
I’ll be running a half marathon this saturday, together with a couple of guys from the university, that’s gonna be fun. 20 kilometers of pure running power. :)
So today I did my first exercise of the hiit program, linked by yll
It’s exousting at first, but you feel really energized a while after. Let’s see how it works out over the next few weeks.
