Yeah, I might need to set a reminder about this goal. ;)
I know I want to have a baby, but i”m also not doing what I can now to help support my body be in its best health. I’m thinking as I look at my diet, I could probably clean it up a little pre-baby. I’m starting to think its going to be worth it to do anything I can pre-pregnancy to help make conception/pregnancy easier. If I”m going to cut out coffee and wine when I’m pregnant, I might as well start it early, right? Hmmm…two more Things.
I know I’ll appreciate myself for doing this for me (and baby) later ;)

So, I didn’t do things perfectly, but I did get out and walk quite a few times. I met my friend and we ran and walked for about an hour – we even had a mini-race which made me feel like a kid! Legs flying, arms pumping, trying to inch ahead of her…
She beat me. THIS time.
I also worked out with my weights one morning while I watched Desperate Housewives on Hulu. That was actually a good combo.
This coming week…more walking, more weights.
I will take time now to schedule WHEN this will happen this week.
I also made myself a bunch of lentil soup and I’ve been thinking about how to get more greens/vegetables into my diet.
Turtle steps and I’ll get to the weight that’s ON my driver’s license!

My friend is going to walk with me this evening around a lake near our house—nice! We can catch up while we exercise.
I also have set a goal of walking through my neighborhood every AM this week.
Small steps…but taking steps.
