Today I’m starting a bikini challenge by Karena & Katrina (Tone it up). It lasts 8 weeks and I get challanges mailed daily. Day 1 is about setting goals and sharing them with others, preparing healthy meals and planing the workouts & exercising.

Here are the goals I want to complete by June 15th.

1. Eat healthier and prepare the food myself
2. Drink more water (8 glasses a day)
3. Get toned and gain some weight
4. Stretch/do yoga daily
5. Make exercising a habit (at least 3 times a week)
6. Eat a fruit/vegetable a day and gradually increase

• My personal files, papers, and receipts are neatly filed away.
• My car is in excellent condition. (Doesn’t need mechanical work, repairs, cleaning or replacing)
• My home is clean and tidy. (Vacuumed, wardrobes and drawers organized, desks and tables clear, furniture in good repair; windows clean)
• My appliances, machinery and equipment work well. (laptop, cell phone, lamps etc.)
• My clothes are all ironed, clean and make me look good. (No creases, piles of washing, torn, out-of-date or ill-fitting clothes).
• I live in the geographical location of my choice.
• There is ample and healthy lighting around me.
• I am not tolerating anything about my home or work environment.
• My work environment is productive and inspiring. (Synergistic, ample tools and resources; no undue pressure).
• My computer works very well and fully supports my efforts.
• My hair is the way I want it.
• I back up my hard drive at least monthly.
• I surround myself with music which makes my life more enjoyable.
• My bed is made daily.
• I don’t injure myself, fall or bump into things.
• I drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
• I have nothing around the house or in storage that I do not need.

• My teeth and gums are healthy. (Have seen dentist in last 6 months).
• My blood pressure is at a healthy level.
• I have had a complete physical examination within the past 3 years.
• I have had a complete eye examination within the past two years.(Glaucoma check, vision test).
• My weight is within my ideal range.
• My nails are healthy and look good.
• I don’t rush or use adrenaline to get the job done.
• I have a rewarding life beyond my work or profession.
• I have no habits which are unacceptable to me.
• I am aware of the physical or emotional problems or conditions I have, and I am now fully taking care of all of them.
• I have just the right amount of sleep.
• I do not suffer.
• I laugh out loud every day.
• I walk or exercise at least three times per week.

• I currently save at least 10% of my income.
• I have 6 months’ living expenses in an easily accessible account.
• I live on a weekly budget which allows me to save and not suffer.
• I have excellent personal insurance. (Life, accident, disability, medical etc.)
• I am putting aside enough money each month to reach financial independence.

• I have told my parents, in the last 3 months, that I love them.
• There is no one whom I would dread or feel uncomfortable “bumping into”. (In the street, at an airport or party).
• I do not gossip or talk about others.
• I tell people how they can satisfy me.
• I am fully caught up with letters and calls.
• I always tell the truth, no matter what.
  *I have fully forgiven those people who have hurt/damaged me, intentional or not.
• I quickly correct miscommunications and misunderstandings when they do occur.
• I do not “take personally” the things that people say to me.
• I make requests rather than complain.

I know I’m failing this goal now, but I’d rather not give up. It’s better to fail than to give up. So, I’ll write about my process here.

I’m actually a bit late with announcing this one, but I got into my dream university a month ago. I got 91/100 on my test and I was the first one ranked by points in my group. I’m really glad I done one of my most important goals at this time. I worked hard to achieve it. When I finished school, I continued to wake up every morning at 7 o’clock to start studying and preparing for the test. I worked almost whole day until 8 o’clock in the evening, of course with a lot of breaks in between. If you really want something and you want to achieve it, you have to work hard for it. If you work hard, you can do it! :)

I was out with my friends that day. On a downtown street we saw a girl with a snake and a boy with a reptile, the ones you can take photos with. My friend came closer and started to pet the snake. I was scared at first, but I decided to do it too. I never thought I could touch the snake, since I was really afraid. I’m not any more and I finally know how a snake’s skin feel. lol

This weekend I’ve had my first volunteer experience. I’ve been volunteering for the cultural event Night of Museums held between 15th and 16th May. This event is spreading to over 120 cities throughout Europe. I’m really happy I’ve been a part of this project especially in my city. I’ve found out and seen many interested things, I didn’t know even existed in my city. I’ve been volunteering from 3pm to 2am with 4 of my friends. This has been one great experience and I can’t wait for another opportunity to volunteer. :)

Today I went to get my driving license. Finally! After 5-6 months of driving classes (with longer and shorter breaks between classes) I’ve passed my theory and my driving test. When I passed my driving test I was so excited. I couldn’t wait to start driving. Now, I’m a proud owner of a driving license. The only thing I need now is a car… Hmmm…

I’m soon getting my driving license, so I’m thinking about getting a car. I love driving and I can’t wait to be able to get in my own car and drive, drive, drive…

I’m in love with Peugeot. I’d like to get a small – “city” car and I think blue Peugeot 207 would be perfect. It’s my dream car.
