bikram yoga

bikram yoga, although done in intense heat, is very beneficial and feels so good afterwards.. i found that my mind was more relaxed when i was finished, and my mood was also better.. if i ever went into the yoga class with something bothering me, my problem was gone when i was done.. i noticed that i was more flexible as a result, and i started becoming more aware of the types of food i was eating..



remember family birthdays

i’m not sure what the easiest way is to remember family members’ birthdays. it just comes natural to me.. but what i tend to do is relate a person’s birthday w/ another birthday that you definitely know.. you can also try to just memorize the numbers that correspond to the month and day, and relate that to some other significant date or event. when all else fails, input their birthday as a reminder on your cell phone’s calendar.
