Maybe I'm weighing myself at the wrong time of the day... 3 years ago

to get an accurate weight? I’m still averaging about 163 or so, but I’m weighing myself at the end of the day. On Saturday I weighed myself first thing in the morning and weighed 159. Is the morning the best time to get an accurate weight?
