Maybe I'm weighing myself at the wrong time of the day...

to get an accurate weight? I’m still averaging about 163 or so, but I’m weighing myself at the end of the day. On Saturday I weighed myself first thing in the morning and weighed 159. Is the morning the best time to get an accurate weight?
