Until the show Lost started again I hadn´t watched any TV for almost one and a half months. I will continue to do this, though I will allow myself to watch some programs. By watching less TV you gain so much time to do other more rewarding things.

Dance or die!

I´ve done this many times. But not so often nowadays. When you start dancing at midnight the body starts to ache at around 5-6 am and soon after you “hit the wall” and hardly can move. This assumes you are dancing hard. If you continue though sometimes you will get the endorphine rush with an enormous energy boost, all pain goes away and you can dance for hours more. Nowadays I take some rests and then I can dance for days..
First baby steps

This was my first one as an adult (at least that I remember). It was a short escalator with no other people in a shopping mall. Next one will be longer and steeper.
