Well, I'm eating like a normal human being now. 7 months ago

Lol, Three or four reasonably sized meals a day, tons and tons of water, and Very few fats or carbs.

It’s funny that now that I’ve stopped watching the teli I telly I’m much more aware of what I eat, don’t eat much for boredom either.

So when I eat I don’t do anything else but that, I’m not listening to the radio, watching T.V. or reading.

Now I have to get to exercising more.

It will be a long process. 7 months ago

I’ve stopped watching T.V. for the most part and ordered some literature on Adult ADHD to better understand my symptoms and how to cope with them. I’m doing more work around the house since I’ve gotten more time away from the telly.

Also I’m investigating on what I need to know before enrolling into college, again (finantially anyways). This time I’m going to follow my passions-english, and film studies-instead of listening to ppl around me telling me what to do, and what’s best for me (only I know what’s best for me, and what I would enjoy doing).

Ok, I lost 3 pounds already. 7 months ago

But I think that’s just b/c I havent being packing it in as much, lol. Mostly junk in my system already. Yay though, it’s encouraging.

I’m gonna start Exercising tonight.
