I had a Sony voice recorder about a year ago. It was really nice. I had recorded some of the conversations me and one of my colleagues were having whilst we car pooled together between Richmond, VA, and Charlottesville, VA. Unfortunately, I lost the recorder after about a month after having it. Well, actually, I think it was stolen out of my car whilst people were detailing it.
My wife and I were having some really deep conversations as of late, so I decided it was high time to replace the recorder. I did and now am reaping the benefits. Sometimes I listen to our conversations when I’m at work because I miss being around her and the recordings give me a sense of her presence.

I tried. I really did… I think I did good by simply merging the all of the files, once. Unfortunately, though, the Mrs and I have varying tastes and, in fact, we find ourselves using different genre tags on our tracks, so it makes it impossible to feasibly use one music library.
After a long discussion about it, we agreed that we’d make new music files available to each other on a shared folder, that way we could copy the files into our own music libraries and maintain the files however we want. That’s the simplest approach we could come up with and it seems to be working for us.

My office was closed back in February. I asked to have two of the nice chairs that we had in the IT dept. My request was granted. Now I sit very comfortably at my desk at home.
