At this point your past the figity stage. All I have to deal with now is some headaches. They don’t intimidate me though because I have been through much worse in my time!! Keep drinking water and try not to keep eating bigger portions. Control that because you don’t want to transfer your addiction over to an eating disorder. Chew some gum. Try to sleep:)

How I did it: Practice, practice, practice. 100% dedication to risking your teeth. Just have to get out there and start pushing yourself along. Pretty soon you 'll be so bored with that you'll want to do some tricks. Take baby steps if you don't it will be bloody! Read how I did it…
I don’t know if you know what it’s like to be addicted to caffiene but I tell you what, I am hungry right now. I packed a lunch for work, then, I went out and had ANOTHER lunch:) Drink alot of water and try to keep your mind busy if your not sleeping;)
I am 25 and the metabolism is sssssllllooooooooooooooooowwwwing way down. I have been pretty fit my entire life and plan on staying that way. My motivation is the newly aquired all terrain tire around my waist:) I am going to rid myself of it by filtering what I allow into my body. No more fatty foods. No more stuffing until I am so full I half to waddle around. Time to take on smaller portions and regulate.
