i did yoga today and an hour of cardio yesterday…

i feel stronger and i am actually really liking it! i hope that i can keep it up!



attend a yoga class every week (read all 3 entries…)
great hot yoga class

it felt good to wake with a place in mind for such a wonderful class!!! great way to start the weekend!

starting September 15th for 60 days

i’ll be working out for at least 60 minutes.

i’ll weigh and measure myself tomorrow and see where i can get to.
