How I did it: i went every saturday and then as many other times a week as i could and now its just a normal part of my week! i found a gym that was near me and i have been going all the time. i love the affect it is having on my body and i love the way that i feel like i've accomplished something and i'm done at 10:30 am! i have the whole day ahead of me and the gym is already done! Read how I did it…
i get this horrible sense of dread when i know he’s going to leave. i’m ok when he isn’t there for a while but the thought of him leaving makes me so unhappy! i’m not sure i’ll ever see him again. it’s so stupid because i know i will be i get anxious and can’t help feeling rejected!
it’s not that i have abandonment issues in the regular sense. i always feel like given the choice between seeing me and someone else, he’ll pick someone else! all men pick someone else. even my dad did!
how do i learn that he’s coming back?
i walked all around downtown for 2 hours yesterday! it was free and was great fun!
