OFF. get off of me. go away. pounds disappear. mouth, eat what’s good for you. legs, work that treadmill. mind, just think and visualize you reaching your goal soon with grace and hard work. see that you are accepting that this is your life. the work you are putting in, is something of what you will need to do to maintain and keep your weight under control. get off of me pounds. i don’t need you or want you anymore… time to go

How I did it: I realized that the more i kept SAYING i had this problem and wallowing in the valley of despair about it, knee deep in buckets of icecream, boxes of cookies, etc... that i would keep myself there. I was manifesting what i kept saying, and kept doing it like i was out of control of my own behavior. How I did it: I'm still not eating flour or sugar which I think triggers binge behavior for some people. Since I'm not bingeing and overeating, i'm not gaining weight. my body is slowly creating a new me. During this time of the year, i normally gain at least 10 or 15 pounds because of stress. I’ve almost lost 30 pounds. Keep going, keep going, keep going.. this is forever
i haven’t had a binge in such a long time. i think it is because i have greatly cut down my intake of flour and sugar. it is great to say that for at least 6 months this year, i haven’t been bingeing. yay, amen, thank you God, thank you Self.
