How I did it: i lucked out because the course was part of my degree requirements. but the course consisted of learning about two cycle and small four cycle engines, chainsaw maintance and repair, and trimmer and lawnmower maintance and repair. at the end of the course i even got to learn how to operate skid steers and backhoes. How I did it: i had been wanting to try a shampoo bar for a long time, but it wasn't until i rediscovered The Long Hair Community that i decided to go for it. they have a thread that discusses all the brands and methods of using shampoo bars, so from there i decided to order some bars from Chagrin Valley Soaps. yeah! compost was delivered over the weekend and will be worked into the garden this week.
double yeah! got the ok from our landlord to increase the size of the vegy garden!
last week i had been getting up earlier than i normally do to prepare my body for a 6 week bootcamp class that starts at 5:30 in the morning. i had also been eating healthier and more regularly to help my body get ready. and i started taking multivitamins and fish oil capsules.
well, atthe end of the week you would think i would be the picture of glowing health, but i am sick and have been all weekend. looking back now i think it was a combination of lack of sleep and too little food that finally got to me.
