tomorrow is the start of my 6 week bootcamp class, 4 days a week at bright and early 5:30am.

i have feeling i may not be able to walk at the end of this week.



harvest my 2012 vegy garden (read all 3 entries…)

yeah! compost was delivered over the weekend and will be worked into the garden this week.

double yeah! got the ok from our landlord to increase the size of the vegy garden!

sick body

last week i had been getting up earlier than i normally do to prepare my body for a 6 week bootcamp class that starts at 5:30 in the morning. i had also been eating healthier and more regularly to help my body get ready. and i started taking multivitamins and fish oil capsules.

well, atthe end of the week you would think i would be the picture of glowing health, but i am sick and have been all weekend. looking back now i think it was a combination of lack of sleep and too little food that finally got to me.
