After moving to Spain I have lost some good habits. This happens to me usually when I move to another country, as I find difficult concentrating and getting used to new things at the same time.
So I have to go back under 80 kilos. I am attacking two fronts right now:
- to lose fat I am running and cycling to work, as usual, and
- to get some shape I am doing crunches. I know that doing crunches does not eliminate belly fat (that is why I am running and cycling to work). However, it is true that just losing weight is not going to give me a lot of shape. So this is the reason why I am doing crunches as well as other exercices.
That is why I have set up a sub-goal: doing 3020 crunches by 16th August. Let’s see if this work ;)
Why 3020 and not 3005? It is explained in my blog (only in Spanish, sorry).

Since I moved to Spain I am finding particularly difficult being in bed by 22:30. Everything here is made in such a way that no one seems to be sleeping before midnight.
Nothing wrong about that, but I still want to go to bed early and wake up early. Provisionally I will try to make this goal easier by setting my bedtime at 23:30. After achieving this, I will go back to my original goal, which is being in bed by 22:30.

I have bought Teach Yourself Beginner’s Hindi, with audio (audio is important, as I am not living in India).
For the moment I have fulfilled the very first step, which is learning the alphabet. It is has been relatively easy. I still struggle sometimes to tell the difference between the different “d” and “t” sounds, and from time to time I find new consonant pairs I did not know previously. But I think I have already learnt the basics.
Now I have to keep working.
