Didn’t feel any better. Besides feeling guilty that I wasen’t doing my part to support the oh so important coffee industry.
Take my advise leave it to the experts. Alot of people do it with some success but the only people that like it are the ones who make it. I hate getting homebrew shoved at me wondering if its going to be followed by weeks of explosive diahrrea. Do your friends a favor go buy a case of good beer to keep around the house and figure out a different hobby.
1. No caffine after 12:00
2. No sugar after 15:00
3. No food after 19:00
4. Some sort of bedtime tea 30min before bed.
5. Exercise, exercise, exercise.

Buy a park pass and make a road trip out of it, there are many others w/in a days drive that are equally worth it.
