The thought of just picking up and flying somewhere exciting for the sole purpose of shopping would be great fun. I would only want to do it if money is no issue. Argentina would probably be the best place because the dollar is strong there and the last time I went, I lived like a Queen for less than $1,000 for 10 days!! It was awesome!!
