Woke up feeling sick from not eating
Tried to eat some ryvita and had a cup of tea
Threw up becuase my digestive system is fucked
Had an upset stomach
Blacked out twice
Everytime I stood up I went dizzy
Oh and then ate a small sandwich

114 pounds, its worth it

For everyone who wants to lose weight! 2 years ago

Hi, I know it’s been ages since I posted, hope everyone isn’t lacking motivation now summer is ending, we can still have a thin xmas! lol

Anyway for those who don’t know, there’s a website called FitDay, setting up an account is easy and free and it will let you record what your eating and what excersise you do (as little as having a bath can be recorded!). Then it can tell you if you’ve burnt your calories for the day, how many calories your eating etc.

You can easily keep track of what you’re putting in and what you’re burning out, with these little pie charts and calculators on the left hand side of the site! It’s a great motivator…

Before I eat anything now, I have to ask myself whether I would be happy to enter it into FitDay! And if I put off excersise I know that I won’t get to put that into my record!

Also you can enter your current weight, your goal weight and when you want to acheive it, then it tells you how much you need to lose a week to be successful.

Warning! Very addictive lol

I did well today, I only consumed 300 calories, and burnt at least 100 of them!

Keep with it people, just think how you’ll look!

Back.... again :( 2 years ago

I was doing ok, then my dad came home and he’s really tight about my eating, he kept cooking these huge dinners and we all had to sit down at the table and eat.

I’m not just blaming him, it’s my fault. I could have not eaten anything the rest of the day or after dinner, but does anyone else find that once they eat something, they keep going? I can’t do that really controlled portion for each meal thing, I either starve or eat too much. Thats gross right?

I’m going to start, again. Any support would be really good, I need someone motivated to team up with, if we’re in competition I do better at losing the weight.
