So I joined an awesome (albeit expensive) all-women gym and unfortunately, because of my long work commute (and long hours), can’t make it back in time for evening classes. Which leave me no alternative but to take the earliest offer classes (so I can shower and high tail it to work to make it in by 9). Dragging my sorry night-owl self up at 5:30AM has been excruciating. I wrote my membership dues on our bedroom mirror so that when I wake up I am motivated by the fees. Hopefully this gets easier…or I get abs like a Triathlete.

How I did it: With a bucket and shovel I bought from CVS...and a love of all things fanciful, heart of a child...oh, I like to to make a bed of rocks for my moats too. Read how I did it…
This initiative is going well even if I haven’t been holding up my end of the bargain. My sister sent me two CDs to help me meet this goal. I have to admit she put together quite a lineup including one CD that featured all Canadian bands. I was surprised at how unconventional her tastes were and the elements of depth and variety. I finally got my act together and reciprocated with my own mix that are a true expression of me. Here is a track list if anyone is interested!
