How I did it: Once I started biting my nails down to the point where it was getting painful, I knew it had to stop! At first I tried the whole "try not biting just one nail at a time thing", but of course I forgot what nail I was supposed to not be biting and bit them all, so that didn't work.What DID work was painting my nails- black and liberally coated in glitter. Kind of need a strategy on this one. I’m thinking about praying before I eat- just inside my head, not out loud or anything weird like that. if I pray before every meal, that like over doubles my prayer time. I’ll try that this week!
This will be difficult considering that: one, I hate jogging, and two, I live in Oklahoma.
