How I did it: I used a small notebook to list as many positive affirmations I could think of. Most of them began to sound like goals instead of affirming statements. So, once I had a rough list of 100, I had to go back and reword many of them so that they became affirmations. My sister has been mentioning how much she would like to go to Las Vegas, since she had never been there. We arranged a trip for her Christmas present and had an absolute blast. It was great to spend time with my sis, mom and brother. :)
