-egg, cashew, chicken, apple and celery salad
-potato salad with onion, parsley, dill and sour cream/mayo dressing
-sweet potato and pine nut salad with tomato and spinach with honey/vinegar/olive oil dressing
-couscous with vegetables
-ricotta pies
-penne with parsley, spinach, lemon and ricotta
-fetuccine with shredded chicken, parsley, spinach and ricotta
