I practise every day when I go outside with my dog. I figure the neighbors will think I’m whistling for my dog and not some crazy old lady that just whistles. lol!
I can usually get a fairly loud whistle by the third try. But it isn’t as loud as I want. My goal is to be able to whistle loud enough to stop a taxi cab. I don’t live anywhere near a place with taxi service but someday I might need this skill.

Christmas 2005 as a joke gift my sister gave a video of their family lip synching a song. That was the inspiration for my 2006 Family Film festival. The entries for this year were a Rudolph interview (the winner), a cat spinning around on a desk chair (cellphone video), lip synching nieces, and my penguin video. The maximum time for the “movie” was five minutes. It was fun to watch the entries.

I organized a family film festival. The movies could be less than 5 minutes in length. I think my penguin movie was the best, but family voted for a different one. We had four movies submitted.
