Hello

I am Amanda and I am 13 years old. I weigh 160 pounds. School starts up again for my on September 6th, and my goal this year is to get to a normal weight. Knowing me, I never finish my goals, even if I get close. I set a goal for myself of 100 pounds which means I must lose 60 pounds. This is too small of a weight, considering I am 5 feet 4.5 inches. I really hate being over weight. Often people say that it is impossible to reach such a huge lose by 2.5 months, but I have lost 1 pound a day on this one diet. I am about to become a freshman and I hope that I might be able to start it off on a good note. I am soo going to be joining a club by my house and hopefully spending hours there a day. Since the end of school, I have found myself having trouble losing weight, since I spend most of my days escaping the heat inside. I weigh myself every couple hours and notice that I gain pounds after eating a peice of cake, but if I wat an entire healthy dinner, my weight remains the same. Since the end of school, I have gained 7 pounds, going from 153 pounds back to 160 pounds. Last summer I weighed 180 pounds, but now I am having a hard time taking off the rest of the weight. Please feel free to give me advice and help me through this. Thank you
