sounds like a pretty neat place. I think the dutch and I would fair together very well.

so i started working out and eating a little bit better, but the eating part is the worst for sure! i still probably eat more or less 1800 calories a day, which is still healthy, i don’t want to cut down to 1,200 because that’s just going to make me too tired and irratable to work out.
so the first day i did 35 minutes on the elliptical on level 7 or something…not hard enough. i felt like i was being wusssy so the next day…
i went swimming outside for 45 minutes. the first time i’d been in the water for an actual workout in over two years! it was so hard and took me a few hundred yards to get my strokes back, but I loved it! i miss it so much i’m going to try and make it up to the pool 2-3 times a week.
and then today i kicked my butt so hard! I burned 600 calories on the elliptical on a tougher incline to tone my legs and then did a few ab and arm strenthening to build some muscle.
i’m really enjoying the working out lifestyle, i’ve really been happier and had more fun these past few days even though they haven’t been the greatest days just because i’ve been sweating it up. My body feels like it’s getting a little leaner too, but that could be all psycological.
even if it is, it’s making me want to do more!
hope this feeling stays
