okay, once a week is not really that exciting but I have been going regularly for 4 weeks now! And, slowly my body understands that the 30 min. of sweaty inconvenience are more than outweight by the high I get afterwards! Will do this 4 more weeks and then consider it a habit.

I still sound like the train from Dumbo and my face looks like I am about to have a heartattack despite the fact I jogg so slow that dogwalkers overtake me, worrying if their animal companions might mistake me for a tree BUT, I do not ake that much any more, my breathing is all regular (just like the aforementioned train) and I can do a good 30 min. without wanting to die. Suppose that’s progress… ah well.
second time a forced myself out in the street and neither storm nor lighting (okay, okay, but there definately WHERE some drops of rain) could stop me.
I hear you shout that a second time hardly counts as a newly formed habit but – hey, what do I care – still tripping on the runner’s high.
Big thanks to the Podrunner Podcast for supporting my efforts (currently at 135 bpm).
