How I did it: I'm lucky enough to know someone who is studying abroad in Sweden, and they wanted me to visit them over Christmas because they were homesick. I knew it would be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see a country I've always wanted to see, so I took her up on it. How I did it: It's hard to keep good posture when slouching over a desk all day. I was finally able to buy Wii Fit (off Amazon - it's always sold out everywhere) and I use it daily. After breakfast, I use it for about 15 minutes before heading to work (mostly doing the yoga to invigorate my tired self), and then again in the evening.
