It’s a beautiful place and totally worth it. I wonder what it will be like now. I had planned to go there this past summer and ended up going somewhere else; now I regret it, even though I had a great time where I did go. I want to go back in a couple of years.

I gave up all regular soda a while back and gave up all diet soda earlier this year. The regular soda is full of sugar and the diet is full of all kinds of weird chemicals. Plus the caffeine messed with me. The last time I drank some soda after a long time of not drinking it, I got a massive headache and vowed never to drink it again.

This is an excellent skill to have! It’s not easy at first, but when you’re sixteen and your parents insist on only buying stick-shift cars, you have no choice! I hated it at first but got the hang of it quickly, and when I bought my own car, I bought a stick shift, and that’s what I drive today. I like it better than automatic.
