I can't really address women on this issue

...because I think men have more to gain from being single—despite what “Sex and the City” may have you to believe. This is the era of the bachelor. Save your money. Do what you want. Be who you want to be.

Be a single guy. It is FUCKING AWESOME.

#38 Muddy Waters - "The Anthology"

This was a good one. Here’s the link of the review I wrote on my blog, www.criticalasshole.com.

get out of debt
Working on the credit card

The Credit card will be the first to go. It has the highest interest rate at an astounding 29.99% (I know…don’t remind me. I missed a payment and I’ve been screwed ever since).

I’m trying to think of a good reward for myself much like I came up with for the “read all my books” goal (a Kindle…they’ve already come out with a new one. Who knows what generation of Kindle they will be on by the time I actually read all of my books).

So, fellow, 43Thingers? Any ideas? Preferably tangible. It needs to be somewhat significant, but not huge. I’ll do a huge reward after I get rid of all my student loans. I’m thinking somewhere in the $50 to $100 range.

As a symbolic amount, I’m thinking about getting something worth $82. That’s the approximate amount of interest I’ve been paying each month due to this particular piece of debt. We shall see.

Folks (and by folks, I mean 30-year old guys who have the same taste as I do) what would you get with $82?
