I noticed a couple of these so I wanted to make one, too. My goal I’ve moved to 120 which would technically be 25 pounds—but when/if I get there I may reassess and see if even that is too much to weigh. I discovered that I have a pretty small frame rather than a medium frame so 20lbs wasn’t really enough.

How I did it: Counting calories, just sticking with it every single day for months upon months at a time. Little changes that added up to a big difference. I think I wanna fit into a 4 now, though. Read how I did it…
Only the third day of kicking my exercising up a notch and I was down two pounds this morning. I don’t know how much of it was water or whatever, but that’s the lowest number I’ve seen on a scale since like… well at least six years. From this morning’s weight, only two more pounds to go.
So I’ve been at about this weight now for a month or two or three even. But the last few weigh ins (as in, last week or two) have all been at 129 and no higher, so I think I’ve plateaued at least one pound lower than before. I’m not sure what else I can do to keep losing weight since I’m eating right (read: sometimes very little) and exercising but still stuck. Some of that may be extra muscle from weight lifting, but since I’ve been lax on that lately I’m not counting on too much of that.
Guess I will just kick the exercise up a notch (up to every day now) and since I’m out of frozen pizzas, will stop eating those (only 400 calories each, but still high in fat)! Let’s see if that makes a difference.
