I’ve been doing this for quite a while now, and honestly it’s become second-nature. My children (and husband!) have discovered new fruits and vegetables that they didn’t realize they liked, and we’re all healthy and happy. :)

It’s been a while since I updated: I started at 169 and as of today am 178. I have 10 weeks to go, and since I was recently diagnosed with gestational diabetes and must be strict with my diet, I think keeping it under 184 is doable!
