apathetic 
How I did it: I tried to think about it as little as possible. Try to see the bigger picture. Don't take it seriously. Try to be outside as much as possible. I didn't go to prom, I dreamed about working on a farm, I did lots of volunteer work. I would suggest getting to know people of different ages.
