I’m looking for volunteer work in my area. I am on a couple of waiting lists which I guess is a great thing as it means lots of people are doing it :) I’m really interested in animal welfare, working with the homeless or doing something for terminally ill people. I would also love to get involved in some sort of project which helps younger people in the community with their reading and writing, communication etc. I’ll check back when I’ve heard from the various places.

I am starting yoga because I’ve heard it’s good for relaxation. I’m always flustered about things and I can get depressed easily. I believe and hope that yoga will be able to allow me to breathe easier.
Knitting reminds me of my gran. I remember she used to knit me the nicest jumpers when I was young. They were gorgeous – I kept some of them, hence the fact that I can barely fit my hand through the armhole! I want to learn so I can make gifts for people, handmade ones. It’ll be great fun :)
