Today I:

got my 8 hours

I should have:

refrain from gambling
drank water
ate more than once
drank some tea
done some Yoga
went to bed a little earlier



Be ridiculously positive
depends on how you say it 5 months ago

If you say Hi to someone it can mean a million things other than HI
like:

I’m having a bad day,
something great is happening to me
it’s awesome to see you
oh, you again…
Oh god, just keep walking

all depends on the WAY you say it.
