I am a project manager of sorts where I work. This means I have to work with a team of people, and to give them instructions as to what to do. Apparently, this is a leadership role, and I did not realize it.
Now, that I see that I actually want to be a leader and to act like a leader, I just don’t know how.
Doing plenty of research online, and I can understand that being a leader is something proactive, and intense.
There are many changes I need to make in my life, to gain a better image as a leader. I need to set vision, for others, and myself. Need to allocate responsibility and need to hold people accountable.
I also need to become more of a father figure at work. What? You don’t like that term? Me too! Ok, I need to become more of an Alpha Male in a wolf pack type deal. Better now? I like it.
