How I did it: I had been thinking of buying a Moleskine for some time, and was even more intrigued when I found out about the Moleskine City notebooks. At Powell's, I found "used" (still shrink-wrapped but slightly banged up) Moleskine City notebooks for both Seattle and D.C. We visit DC a lot, and we're going on a cruise out of Seattle soon, so I bought both for less than the cost of a "new" one. I decided to use the Seattle notebook… Read how I did it…
Virginia’s governor just signed a law that will prohibit smoking in most restaurants beginning 12/1/09. I never thought I’d see this in Virginia, but I am very glad! Kaine signs restaurant smoking ban into law
