Pie company in Williams AZ. Neat place to get the train to the Grand Canyon.
In Chicago,I found a great restaurant in my hotel. Everything was made there. They raised their vegetables and had bee hives on their roof. Great pie

I have manage to lose 7 pounds and have not regained. I got down to 10 off but went to the beach and gain 2 back.
